About this Short Film
Set in the 1950s, The Princess Inside follows a young girl and her father, who both live with a stutter, as a chance encounter with Marilyn Monroe permanently alters the way they see themselves. Inspired by Marilyn's own hidden speech impediment, the encounter teaches the young girl and her father that they are worthy of love exactly as they are.
