Join Callum Clarke on the BMX track for an inspiring look at the life of a passionate teenage Para BMX racer. From intense training and gate-start drills to high-speed competition, Callum’s journey showcases the determination, passion and dedication behind every race. Callum has achieved success at national, territory and state level, including becoming a 2025 National Championships 4A Champion, an ACT Champion, and recording 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 8th-place NSW State Championship results, as well as a 7th-place NSW Series result. In 2026, Callum also achieved 4th place at the NSW BMX Racing State Series Open Round 6 at Terrigal, competing alongside other Para BMX riders. Living with disability, Callum focuses on his abilities rather than his limitations, continuing to train, compete and set new goals. Supported by his family, coaches, teammates, Blue Mountains BMX and the wider Para BMX community, Callum’s story highlights the importance of inclusion, opportunity, perseverance and believing in yourself. This short film captures the excitement of BMX racing while showing the person behind the results—the hard work, challenges, friendships, sportsmanship and determination that make every achievement meaningful. It is a story about breaking barriers, challenging expectations and proving that disability does not define what an athlete can achieve.
