Take Me Shopping

About this Short Film

“Take Me Shopping” is a light-hearted student-created sitcom inspired by our school's Mini Wollies program, where students develop practical shopping, communication, and workplace skills. Our school has the 100th Mini Woolies in Austalia. While learning about customer service and retail experiences, students shared stories about their own shopping adventures and identified shopping trips as some of their funniest and most memorable experiences. Together, they developed a series of short comedic sketches that explore shopping from their perspective. Through humour, storytelling, and relatable situations, the film highlights everyday customer interactions, social expectations, and the learning experiences that occur in real-world shopping environments. The result is an entertaining and authentic student voice that celebrates both learning and creativity.
