About this Short Film
Thread is a documentary exploring the friendships, confidence and opportunities that have grown through Performing Hearts Theatre. Through interviews with participants and their families, the film reveals how the group has become much more than a weekly activity, it is a community, a creative home and a place where people are encouraged to dream bigger. Sharing personal stories of growth, belonging and achievement, Thread celebrates the lasting connections woven through theatre and the impact they continue to have long after the curtain falls.
